Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. If your address is outside the US, email us at ismaeltoroecomerce@gmail.com before ordering and we will tell you whether we can deliver.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free on every order. There are no handling fees and no minimum spend.
How long it takes
- Processing: 24–48 business hours from the moment you order.
- Delivery: 2–6 business days after dispatch, from a warehouse in the United States.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays start processing the next business day. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico can take a few days longer.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order leaves the warehouse we email you a tracking number. If it hasn't arrived within 48 business hours of your confirmation email, check your spam folder and then write to us — we will look into it.
Delivery problems
- Wrong address: tell us as soon as possible. Once a parcel has shipped we may not be able to redirect it.
- Parcel marked delivered but missing: check with neighbours and your building's mail area first, then contact us within 7 days and we will open a claim with the carrier.
- Damaged on arrival: send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it at no cost.
- Delays: once a parcel is with the carrier, its delivery time is outside our control. We will always help you chase it.
Taxes and duties
Any applicable US sales tax is shown at checkout before you pay. There are no customs charges on domestic US orders.
