These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from Earthlull ("we", "us"), an online store operated by Ismael Toro Pérez. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You confirm that the information you give us is accurate and complete.

2. Products and pricing

We do our best to show our products and their colours accurately, but your screen may render them slightly differently. Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time before you order. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a technical error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

3. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you the shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order — refunding you in full — if the item is out of stock, if we suspect fraud, or if there was a pricing or description error.

4. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.

5. Shipping and returns

Delivery times, costs and returns are covered by our Shipping Policy and our Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

6. Using the product safely

The Earthlull Mat connects only to the ground pin of a standard grounded US outlet. Never modify the cord or plug, never insert it into the live slots of an outlet, and don't use the mat if the cord is damaged. Keep it away from water and heat sources. If your home's wiring is old or you aren't sure your outlet is properly grounded, check with a qualified electrician before use.

7. Health disclaimer

Earthlull products are general wellness items, not medical devices. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Statements about grounding or earthing describe what people who practise it commonly report; individual experiences vary. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or use a pacemaker or any implanted electronic device, talk to your doctor before using a grounding product. Always follow your doctor's advice over anything you read here.

8. Intellectual property

The Earthlull name, our texts, photographs and site design belong to us and may not be copied or reused commercially without our written permission.

9. Your content

If you send us reviews, photos or comments, you allow us to publish and use them to promote the store. Please don't send anything unlawful, offensive or that isn't yours.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or to this site is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this clause may not apply to you.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published here when you place your order. We will change the date at the top of this page whenever we update it.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of business, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have where you live.
